There’s something of a balancing act when it comes to representing your brand on Facebook.
On the one hand, you want to preserve the essence of your brand, so that those who see your posts know that they’re yours, even when they’re shared by others (and you receive optimal benefit from that sharing).
On the other hand, the sorts of posts that are most likely to be shared are those that are entertaining. That often means posting funny pictures and videos — particularly those that are rating well elsewhere. But how do you embed your brand in a consistent fashion, without spending large amounts of time and money? And how do you ensure that your posts are always relevant to your brand?

Note those compelling stats – 495,781 likes and 707,992 shares. Our pick would be that many of the likes might be from promoted posts — but not the shares.
This is just one of a number of SEEK posts in similar formats:
How well does the strategy work?
SEEK has 248,850 page likes, and 4.5 million people talking, so … it’s working pretty well.
Definitely an idea worth stealing.
